A Swim Beneath the Zugspitze
One of the highlights of our road trip through the Alps was a sunny day we spent at Lake Eibsee. It’s one of the most beautiful lakes I’ve ever seen... crystal-clear water, surrounded by forest, and with the peaks of Zugspitze rising dramatically in the background.
The weather was perfect. The sun was shining, the sky was clear, and everything felt alive. Floating in that cool, turquoise water, looking up at Germany’s highest mountain… it felt unreal.
We spent the whole day there, just enjoying the nature, the silence, and the sun... just being fully in the moment.
