We hiked along the stunning Makarska coast on a hot summer day, climbing higher above the town until the ocean stretched out beneath us, serene and endless. From our vantage point, the view of Makarska and the sparkling sea was breathtaking, a perfect reward for the effort of the ascent.
As evening settled, we made our way back down to the promenade. During Blue Hour, the light softened to those deep blues and purples I love. I stopped by the Fisherman statue, a beautiful Brač stone sculpture honoring the town’s maritime heritage, and captured some atmospheric shots of the city glimmering by the shore.
It was a perfect blend: adventure in the hills and artistic moments by the water. The hike, the view, and the evening light made it an unforgettable day in Makarska.
