Discovering the magic of Verbier’s slopes
I spent New Year’s Eve on the slopes of Verbier, enjoying clear skies, sparkling snow, and the thrill of more challenging runs than I’d experienced in Zermatt. The days were fun and full... the kind of mountain joy that makes you forget everything else.
But ironically, on the very last day of the year, I had an accident that took me off the slopes and away from skiing for a while. It felt symbolic in a strange way. As the year was ending, something unexpected forced me to slow down right before the start of a new one.
Still, I believe things happen for a reason. And as much as I would’ve loved to start the year on my feet, I took it as a chance to reflect, reset, and enter the new chapter with presence and trust in what’s ahead.
