I used my Interrail Pass to travel to Skagen, in the far north of Denmark, and set out alone to explore the Rabjerg Mile. The hike took me through peaceful trails until I reached the destination, a vast, desert-like landscape of rolling sand dunes, right by the sea.
It felt surreal to stand there, surrounded by sand with the ocean on the horizon. The wind was strong, the silence complete, and I wandered through the dunes feeling like I had stumbled into another world.
