Our last stop on the Netherlands trip was Amsterdam, and even though we only had a few hours there, I was really excited as it was my first time visiting the city. We spent the afternoon walking through the charming streets, crossing canals, and soaking in the lively, creative vibe that Amsterdam is known for.
The only thing I could complain about was the parking.. we paid quite a lot just for three hours in a parking lot, and it definitely made us wince for a moment. But in the end, it was worth it. We got to see the city center, explore the canals, and experience a little taste of Amsterdam’s energy.
Even with the short visit, it was a perfect way to wrap up our time in the Netherlands, full of movement, curiosity, and a few unexpected moments. I left wanting to return one day with more time, but happy to have finally seen it.
