How long does it take to receive my canvas print?
From the time you place your order it takes 5-7 business days for production and then 3-7 days for standard shipping or 1-3 days for rush shipping.

How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?

Canvas Prints

Can I spread an image across multiple canvases of different sizes?
Contact me at with a link to the photo you want printed on multiple canvases and describe how you would like it, including sizes. I will try to get back to you with any available options.

What kind of laminate/protection do you add to the canvas?
Every canvas is treated with an ultra-protective UV-matte laminate. This means your print will never crack, flake, fade or bubble. Guaranteed for life.

Do you have wrapped image border options?
Right now I don’t offer this on my website but you can still contact me and let me know if you would like a certain photo wrapped, mentioning the size and the thickness. I will try to get back to you with any available options and prices.

Framed Prints

What type of paper do you use?
We use premium 255gsm vibrant lustre fine art paper.

What do the frames look like?
All the framed prints come fully mounted in the frame and ready to hang on the wall. Frames are wood with vinyl coating. They are offered in 3 colors (Black, White, Brown) and include an ultra-clear plexiglass insert.

Is there an option for matting?
Matting is also offered on framed prints as a 2.5" (6.3cm) border in our acid-free and archival bright white mat material.

How do I take the matting into account when measuring for my framed prints?
Matted framed pieces will add 6 inches (15 cm) to the height and width of your image. For example if your image is 8”x10” (20cm x 25cm) the overall dimensions of the framed piece would be 14”x16” (35.5cm x 40.5cm).


Can I hang my artwork outside?
Although our pieces have a UV limiting lamination on them, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, while a water-resistant coating it is used, is not 100% waterproof.

Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.

Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with gallery-strength piano wire. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall.

How do I clean/maintain my canvas?
The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the canvas.


I need my canvas by a certain date, what do I do?
If you need your canvas by a certain date that is particulary soon, you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. You can write an email to with your order number after you place your order to confirm details.

Will you send me tracking information once my canvas has shipped?
Yes, we will email you once your order has shipped with your tracking number.

What are your shipping options?
We offer both Standard and Rush Shipping. With Standard Shipping, you will receive your order within 10-14 business days. If you need it in a hurry, select Rush Shipping and your order will arrive in around 6 business days from the moment you place your order.

Who do you ship with?
We ship using the best carrier available to us for a given destination and delivery timeline.

Refund / Reprint

My piece has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
While we make every effort to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. Hold on to packaging, take pictures of damage if possible and write a message to CanvasPop. They will ship a reprint ASAP.

Refund or reprinting?
CanvasPop offers a 100% lifetime love guarantee. If you don’t love it, we’ll make it right. This covers any manufacturer’s defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or fading. In addition, any warping of the stretcher bars is also covered. If this occurs CanvasPop are ready to replace your canvas print or fix it with no additional cost. Please take note though, that any mistake you make by choosing a wrong size, frame, product type or image will not be covered.

I cancelled my order, why haven't I seen a refund on my credit card?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company.
